We ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Please make sure you’re entering the correct address that’s associated with your bank card. 1. How long is process, shipping, and handling?
Please allow up to 48hrs to process your order. Allow up to 3 to 5 business days to ship your package. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. All shipping is through USPS and FedEx.
2. When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking Numbers will be sent immediately after package is shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, you are fully able to track your package. Please make sure the delivery address is correct.
3. Do you offer refunds?
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. in the event of a mistake on the sellers behalf. We offer up to 14 days to exchange product OR immediate repairs in cases of incorrect details only if the return product is not damaged and return in the original condition. Custom wigs and coloring is final sales.
